NRL Season
Will the season go ahead or be postponed?
The 2020 NRL Season is underway and we are safely inside the top eight, you can view our draw here.
What is happening with fans at games?
Each state currently has different rulings on how many fans, if any, are allowed at matches. These rules are constantly reviewed and updated.
Unfortunately, we have no games scheduled for AAMI Park due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Club has relocated to the Sunshine Coast for the remainder of the season. We hope to be back at AAMI Park ready for Season 2021.
Membership
Can I get a refund on my membership?

Can I get my member items sent out?
Yes, we have been sending out packs to members since mid-July 2020.if you have not already received your pack, please Click here to lodge your member pack preference.
Can I still renew my membership?
Yes! We need your support now more than ever. You can renew online at ticketmaster.com or by calling 1300 786 767.
What happens for interstate members?

Why should I keep my membership?
Now, more than ever, we need the support of all Storm members and fans. If you would like to maintain your membership during this time, we would love your support.
What is the Member Pledge?
We had such overwhelming feedback from our members letting us know they wanted to do whatever they could to support the club and keep us in operation, so we created the Member Pledge.
Members pledged their membership fees to the club for 2020 regardless of the outcome of what season 2020 looked like and we are so incredibly thankful for the members who stuck with us. We had over 9,000 people pledge.

Can I attend games at Sunshine Coast Stadium?
Members and fans based in QLD can attend matches at Sunshine Coast Stadium. For more information click here. QLD members with match access will be contacted via email to redeem your tickets.

Is the Melbourne Storm office open?
Our office is currently closed. For all membership enquiries please contact 1300 786 767 or email membership@melbournestorm.com.au.
Will there be an open training session anytime soon?
I am sure you appreciate the health and wellbeing of our players and football staff is paramount during this time. Therefore, we have had to make some changes to public appearances of our players which means there will be no open training sessions for the immediate future. We will try to give members and fans as much access to the club via our social and digital channels so please keep an eye out for all the Storm news on our website and social media channels.
What will happen with Little Munster’s clinic?
A decision on if it is safe to hold a clinic is still yet to be made, once any further information is available, we will communicate with all relevant members.

I want to send messages and videos of support to the boys, how can I do so?
Messages and videos of support can be sent via info@melbournestorm.com.au which will be passed onto the playing group. Please note the office is closed so unfortunately, we are unable to accept physical mail.
Can I make a donation to the club to help out?
All donations made to the Club are appreciated. Donations can be made to the Melbourne Storm Foundation through the Australian Sports Foundation. Head to bit.ly/DonateYourStorm to donate.
All donations over $2 are tax deductable. All tax receipts are communicated by the Australian Sports Foundation.
