14 Melbourne Storm players have been selected for rugby league's upcoming representative weekend. Storm will be represented in the Australian, New Zealand, Samoan, NSW City and U20 sides.
Storm and Kangaroos captain Cameron Smith has been named to lead Australia in Friday night's ANZAC Test alongside Billy Slater and Cooper Cronk. Melbourne will also carry strong representation in the New Zealand line-up with four players selected for Saturday night's match at Allianz Stadium. Jesse Bromwich, Tohu Harris and Kevin Proctor have all been named while Kenny Bromwich is in line to make his international debut.
200-game second-rower Ryan Hoffman will also participate in the weekend of representative football when he captains the NSW City side in Dubbo on Sunday. It will be the Campbelltown Collegians junior's seventh match for City.
21-year old winger Young Tonumaipea has also been called into Samoa's squad ahead of their Four Nations qualifier against Fiji on Saturday night at Sportingbet Stadium. Storm will also be represented in the U20 Origin on Saturday with youngsters Matt Lodge, Dean Britt , Rhys Kennedy (NSW) plus Cameron Munster and Christian Welch (QLD) selected for their respective states.
