This weekend sees the Australian Police Rugby League Tri Series come to Melbourne.
Each year the Affiliated States and Territories Storm Police Rugby League, Queensland PRL and New South Wales PRL compete to be called the Australian Police Rugby League Champions.
The Tri-Series also serves as selection for the Australian Police Rugby League Team. The Affiliated States are a combined team made up of Police Officers from AFP, Victoria, SA, NT and Victoria Police jurisdictions.
Melbourne Storm are proud supporters of the ASTPRL and Police in our community.
Sunday sees the ASTPRL Storm playing the curtain raiser against QPSRL before Storm’s clash with Wests Tigers on AAMI Park.
The Tri-series continues on Monday and Tuesday with the remaining games played on Gosch’s Paddock from 4:30pm on Monday and 5pm on Tuesday.
Each year the ASTPRL chooses a charity to fundraise for, with this year the ASTPRL supporting the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation, Melbourne.
