With pre-season only days away, we caught up with Football Administration Coordinator Ryan Hoffman to find out what our first to third year players can expect over the next few weeks.
Around 14 players will ease into pre-season training with a skills session on Friday, followed by contact, skills and conditioning sessions on Saturday.
First year players will begin work placements on Monday and will be expected to train morning and evening, before and after a day on the job site.
"The boys on work placement will be in the gym for a weights session every morning from 5.15am to 6.30am," Hoffy said.
"They will spend the day on the job site before a meeting back at the club at 4pm and training from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
"The guys who have already completed the work program in previous years will come in for weights at 10am and will have the afternoon off until the team meeting at 4pm."
Development players from Easts Tigers and Sunshine Coast Falcons will train with the NRL squad until the Christmas break.
"We will have a few guys down here from the Q Cup - Aaron Booth from Easts and Sitiveni Moceidreke, Sam Bernstrom and Sam Lavea from the Falcons - and a few more young players from Queensland," Hoffy said.
"All non-rep players will return to full training on November 29."
