We’re thrilled to announce that as of round 13, reserved seat members will finally be able to watch from their reserved seat!
If you are a reserved seat member, you will no longer need to redeem your ticket via Ticketek each week.
Instead, you will soon receive an email with your digital membership card attached – this will be your ticket to AAMI Park (the same way your physical membership card was pre-COVID).
To comply with COVID safety measures, all e-cards must be scanned from a mobile device.
You’ll receive your e-cards via email in the coming days.
We can’t wait to welcome you back to your favourite vantage point for our clash with the Titans.
In more good news and per latest COVID regulations, we are thrilled to open ticket redemption for our round 13 (Titans) and round 15 (Tigers) home games on the same day.
The member pre-sale window will begin at 2pm this Monday, May 24.
As our capacity at AAMI Park remains at 85%, you will need to redeem your tickets via Ticketek for each game individually using your membership barcode.
If you want to sit with family or friends, make sure you have all barcodes ready at. the beginning of the transaction.

If you’d prefer, you can now upgrade to a reserved seat membership (from the time pre-sale begins on Monday) to watch your Storm from your reserved seat.
