Storm's multicultural warm up tee

Seven of Melbourne Storm’s most prominent cultures will be represented in Multicultural Round as the squad don their new multicultural warm-up tee throughout Multicultural Round!

With the Club’s celebration spanning over two weeks (Rounds 3 and 4), Storm have created a tee to be worn in the pre-game warm-up to represent the whole squad's heritage.

Tongan, Cook Islander, Māori, Samoan, Fijian, Papua New Guinean and Indigenous cultures are all represented in the artwork.

Reflecting on the cultures within the playing group, Storm connected with local communities and artists to commission symbolic artworks to combine for the final design.

A big thanks to artists Ivoni Taula (Tonga), James Henry (Cook Islands), Martina Taiawa (Māori), Anthony Sofe (Samoa), Sereana Suguturaga, alongside brother Ratu (Fiji), Benjamin Laho (Papua New Guinea) and Shanai Kellett (Indigenous) for providing us with these incredible pieces of artwork and all contributing to bringing this celebration of diversity to life.

Grab your Multicultural jersey today and represent culture and Club!
