A memorable year for the Storm Executive Club wrapped up yesterday, with members coming together for the final event of 2023, the Business Luncheon at CIEL.

Throughout 2023, the Storm Executive Club were treated to unique corporate experiences as well as access to leading business executives, government leaders, industry pioneers and the sporting elite.

For the final event of the 2023 calendar, members attended the Business Luncheon at the impressive CIEL venue, a chance for members to come together and network with fellow business associates.

They also got to hear from Storm Chairman Matt Tripp and renowned horse trainer Ciaron Maher ahead of the Spring Carnival, with Tripp giving an exclusive insight into his journey to becoming the face of betting in Australia.

Tripp outlined the struggles that came with breaking through the betting market, how to adapt to an ever-changing market as well as sharing some stories that you’d have to see to believe.

Experiencing one-of-a-kind events across the season, 2023 kicked off in spectacular fashion at the Season Launch, Nedd Brockman coming to share his story after he ran from Perth to Sydney, raising over 2.5 million dollars.

Hosted at the Port Melbourne Yacht Club, Brockman highlighted the importance of being resilient, working hard and approaching tasks with a positive attitude.

Arguably one of the most sought-after experiences was the memorable overnight stay at Uluru, where those in attendance were treated to a breathtaking experience that involved the rare opportunity to dine under the stars while soaking up the natural landscape.

The trip was made even more special with members given the opportunity to start their day with a sunrise walk.

The Storm Executive Club also were also afforded the opportunity to test their golfing skills at the impressive Stadium Golf operating out of Marvel Stadium.

Throughout the year, members also got to hear from some of the greatest leaders in both sport and business, Joel Selwood and Storm founding father John Ribot sharing their wisdom and extensive leadership experience to the group at the 2023 Leadership Summit.

Storm would like to thank all of its Executive Club partners, Comwire IT, Maserati, BlueRock and the Atlantic Group for a successful 2023 program.

Plans are already being put in place for an even bigger 2024, with several exciting experiences in line as the club looks to go bigger and better both on and off the field.
