Melbourne Storm’s local Victorian players stole the show for the club's newest feeder team the North Sydney Bears on the weekend, Sua Fa’alogo and Dean Ieremia piling on five tries between them as they recorded a strong 38-18 win on the road against the Warriors.
Fa’alogo was at his explosive best at Navigation Home Stadium, scoring twice inside 10-minutes before completing the first half hattrick with an audacious chip and chase in the 38th minute.
Grubbering through for himself for his first four-pointer, Fa'alogo quickly followed up with an equally impressive effort for his second try, slicing through on the left edge before burning the fullback with some fast feet to score.

Ieremia did his best to match his former junior teammates efforts, his return from a season ending ACL injury in 2023 continuing to go from strength to strength as he scored his third try in two games on the right wing.
