Melbourne Storm has extended its major partnership agreement with RedZed, one of Australia’s leading lenders to the self-employed, for a further three years – making it the longest and most significant major partnership in the club’s history.

The announcement, confirmed today at a joint press conference at AAMI Park, will see the RedZed logo remain in prime position on the front of the famous purple jersey until the end of the 2028 season, marking nine years since the partnership commenced.

To celebrate the success of the partnership and to kick off the 2025 NRL season, RedZed is giving away 15,000 rally towels to Storm fans attending Sunday’s Round 1 clash with the Parramatta Eels at AAMI Park. RedZed is also giving away $5,000 in prize money to a lucky fan attending Sunday’s game, with the winner to be revealed during half-time.

Since 2006, RedZed has loaned over $10 billion to more than 25,000 self-employed Australians via residential, commercial and SMSF finance solutions, empowering small business owners to achieve their personal and business finance goals.

Calvin Cordle, RedZed Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to renew our major partnership agreement with Melbourne Storm for another three years, extending our support to the end of the 2028 season.

“Our partnership continues to be successful because we share similar values and a like-minded culture. RedZed values integrity, courage, effort, and respect —qualities that Storm exemplify both on and off the field. These same principles drive self-employed Australians and small business owners, the people we are proud to support at RedZed.”

RedZed has supported Storm with numerous projects on and off the field since the partnership commenced in 2020, including community initiatives, professional development events and fan activations. They have also donated more than $100,000 to Storm partnered charities.

Melbourne Storm CEO Justin Rodski, said: “We’re thrilled to renew our major partnership with RedZed. Their support has been outstanding in helping us achieve sustained success both on and off the field, and we’re immensely proud of the strength of the relationship and the initiatives we have delivered together.

“Having their support over the last six years has been incredible, we’ve tackled some great challenges and enjoyed some special moments together. We look forward to what we can achieve over the next three years, in what is fast-becoming one of the most successful partnerships in our sport.”
