Storm's Jersey Flegg and Harold Matthews sides hosted their respective opposition at Broadmeadows over the weekend, while the SG Ball team travelled north to the Central Coast.

Melbourne's U21 outfit played at Seabrook Reserve on Saturday, hosting the Wests Tigers in Round 3. The home side came out firing with two early tries and maintained their momentum throughout the first half, scoring five first-half time tries in total. Their dominance continued after halftime with another three tries, leaving the Tigers with few answers. The final score was 44-18.
Luke Cesari, Blake Kehl, and Stanley Huen stood out for the U21 side, each scoring two tries. Eli Morris also had a strong game, converting six of his eight conversion attempts.
Jersey Flegg has had a dominant start to the season and remains undefeated. They will be hoping to continue their form in Round 4 when they travel north to Wollongong to play the Dragons.

Matt Duffie’s squad took the field at Seabrook Reserve on Saturday, hosting the Canberra Raiders. The U19s started strong, crossing for two tries within the first 10 minutes. However, the Raiders responded with two of their own, edging ahead to take the lead into the break.
The Storm struck first in the second half, but the Raiders responded immediately, putting pressure on the home side. However, the U19s dug deep, with Riley Brannock stepping up and delivering precise shots on goal, ultimately securing the win. The team battled fiercely all day to claim a thrilling 30-24 victory.
Kobi Floro and Riley Brannock were standout performers for SG Ball. Floro scored two crucial tries, while Brannock's precise conversions and penalty goals played a vital role in the win.
After dropping their first two games of the season, the U19s have found their rhythm, remaining undefeated over the past month. They will look to extend their strong form this Saturday when they host the Newcastle Knights.

Melbourne's U17s travelled north last Saturday to New South Wales to face the Central Coast Roosters. It was a tough outing for the team, who fell to a strong Roosters side, 0-34.
The Harold Matthews side has a bye this weekend, giving them an opportunity to regroup and prepare for Round 9, where they will aim to bounce back when they host the Canberra Raiders.
